Folks here could not be nicer or better. During a home sale transaction in another city, the closing attorney for that transaction was difficult to work with. Ragsdale Liggett had previously assisted with my Raleigh transaction, and they very kindly stepped in to help me out with the transaction not in Raleigh just to be nice.
