Dr. Moraca operated on me on 6/21/2024. He removed a large pericardial mass which is a little more uncommon. The prospect of open heart surgery at age 52 took me by surprise and I was very afraid. Surgeons at Silverdale were unsure how to proceed which made me even more anxiety ridden. I was referred to Dr. Moraca and his confidence and cheerful bedside manner put me immediately at ease.
