The first time I met Dr. Malcolm wasn’t until after my colonoscopy. Prior to that, all my appointments were with his PA’s. That is the only reason why I gave him a 4. After the procedure, he came by and explained everything and spent time with me and answered all of my questions. I really like him.
Dr Malcolm spent alot of time with me at our first appointment. He ran blood work that day and scheduled testing. He figured everything out in days after seeing different Doctors and hospital stays with no answers in five months.
This was my 2nd experience with Dr. Malcom and his staff and as usual all went very well! The pot op had minor questions and the response was excellent and I was very pleased with the results and explanations provided! All well!!
Dr Malcolm’s team was great from the start. Highly recommended. I would definitely want my friends and family to be taken care of by Dr Malcolm.
