I've been seeing Dr Kasper on and off since he started at northwestern. He's very knowledgeable and empathetic. Him being a medical teacher at a learning office will make him hard to get a hold of right away but will always come through for his patients at the end. 10/10! One of the best when it comes to other physicians I've had throughout the years, even with all he has to balance at one time!
He has a nice bedside manner. Does want to help. But good luck getting critical medication prescribed when needed. Or a quick response. It’s been 3 days since I needed a medication refilled. Called the office and Walgreens. Dr. Kasper literally has to press a button to refill. But I guess he’s too important to respond. Now my weekend will be horrific. Oh it’s a holiday. So my next four days will be horrific. Not to mention the past two days without a response. Unbelievable…
This guy sucks he thinks he’s some sort of genius and will deprive u of the medicine u need
You should not be forced to provide even one star. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Kasper for five years. Last week, he had some concerning conditions that need attention. After speaking with two nurses, he was informed that he could not been seen THIS year. Obviously, we were very upset, but they said nothing could be done. Five days later things got worse that ended up in an ER visit. To add complete insult to injury they call today to remind my husband of his annual visit and wanted to schedule it for July/August.
