Dr. Hoffman is laid back, yet straightforward, all qualities which I appreciate. Easy to talk with and he and his staff always make our kids feel comfortable and at ease. There are days when he is at the office we visit and if we need to be seen on different days/times, the other doctors are always available and we've never had a problem with anyone else either.
We love seeing Dr. Hoffman. He is always good with the kids and a very knowledgeable Dr. Unfortunately, the likelihood of seeing Dr. Hoffman is slim and his group of physicians and Nurse practitioners on staff are a joke. I'd be surprised if they even looked at a background history of their patient besides the three questions the nurse asks ten minutes prior. I've had no issues with other nurses and little issues with the front desk.
