Botched my total knee replacement, when I would complain on follow ups for that year, he just kept saying it was normal, until I saw a different doctor that informed me the mistake he made and the surgery it would take to revise it.
Robert Hill has NO compassion, horrible bedside manner and completely botched my knee replacement! Every time I saw him with a problem or questions, his reply "that's normal". I had another Doctor, who I like and respect, tell me my replacement was not done "how he would have done it", another words, not a good job. I wish SO much I would have interviewed different doctors. Don't waste your time or money especially on something so important. Horrible!
Before I learned that Robert Hill (I refuse to give him the unearned title of Dr!) had extremely high rates for revision surgeries and high infection rates, I had surgery in 12/2018 & Robert Hill botched both my right trigger finger release and my right ulnar nerve release. Turns out Hill cut pulley tendons which never should have been -and- didn't completely release my ulnar nerve. I had a bad bicycle crash last year and have seen Dr. Hill since then. He is an amazing doctor that takes his time. He did not only listen to everything I had to say about the injuries he was seeing but also the other physical problems I had from the accident. His surrounding staff and nurses are amazing as well. The last year I have seen many doctors from Miami and back. I am sure everyone can have a bad day but for me 5 stars is the only rating he deserves.
You get seen quickly. That is the only positive. We were referred to Dr. Hill by the Emergency Room doctor (which is clearly the only reason this doctor has any patients) after my son broke his leg. Dr. Hill's lack of bedside manner and overall lack of compassion was extremely disappointing. Dr. Hill does not care about his patients; It is now clear that the reviews on the other website were all written by him or his staff.
