I rarely write reviews but this is literally the worst experience I have had in dealing with a professional business. I moved from Oregon to NC which was stressful in itself but dealing with this company made it worse. They were completely unresponsive. I had to reach out at every interaction. I would fed-ex money to them and would have to reach out to see if they received it and to ask for a receipt. They did not ever inform me of any of their processes regarding closings.
