Dr Bob is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He listens and is never in a hurry. He takes all the time needed to figure out a situation and looks for the best solution. He has been our family doctor since the late 80’s. We go to William from time to time. They’re both the best in my opinion.
This doctor needs to retire. He dismissed my husband’s issue of urinating multiple times a night as “normal,” then diagnosed him with sleep apnea when he has zero symptoms and blamed it on that instead of trying to figure out the problem. Additionally, he refused to do a wellness exam because my husband had one 1.5 years ago and his bloodwork was fine then. Seriously an incompetent doctor who doesn’t want to be bothered. We are not ever returning.
I have been coming to this practice for almost 5 years now. Each of the providers are knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The care is consistent and excellent.
Terrible office to visit ! They are a joke. They will lie to you , blame you and act as if they did nothing wrong. I would give this place a zero star if I could
