If I could leave negative stars I would. We had our floors replaced last year. Trim broke within the 1st week. Another trim broke within the first month. We just lost 2 more trims. All we did was vacuum and they popped off. We have called and called and called. We keep told we will get a call back and never do. Came recommend and used them for a shower remodel. The consultation and initial design as well as the price was reasonable. The finished product and the process was not as expected. Communication was poor. When concerns were brought up there seemed to be multiple excuses and no real solution presented. The shower is functional and was an improvement but the finished product is not as expected and the experience disappointing. Would not use them for future projects.
