Bob did a wonderful job restoring a violin I received from my college professor to replace the student model I had been playing. Fifteen years later I am still playing it and it is gorgeous.

Love Bob Isley and his violins. He is the most genuine, trustworthy and talented luthier out there. He made my gorgeous violin "del Jesu style" in 2003 and every day my instrument sounds more mature and incredible. Can't say enough positive things about Bob, he is the #best-luthier around!
Bob is an excellent craftsman! I moved away from the area in 2002, but unless I'm having a dire emergency he is the only one I will trust my Gagliano cello with. Since I return to New York every summer the first thing I do is get in touch with Bob so he can take care of my baby. He is the best!
