Don't bother going here. Way too busybto care for your pet, even for a 10 year patient/customer with current pet. Can't get an appointment for 2 weeks, welcome walkups qnd wait two hours for a 15 second allergy shot that walk out and do in your car to "assist your wait" when you voice this inside the receptionist at checkout was very empathetic but Amber (technician?) who did the shot called me ungrateful.
Everyone, please take your pet elsewhere!!! I had a really bad experience with Dr. Bob. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had at a Vet's office!! I saw a lot of good reviews and I wanted to get my son's lizard checked because of his lack of appetite and shedding, when I called to schedule an appointment they told me they see lizards. So I took him in that day as a walk in because they were booked?? We saw Dr. Bob and he wasn't even sure what type of lizard he was and was giving me the wrong info to care for him and a... read more
