Sent me a voice-mail today to be available at my home residence so he can serve me papers between 4-5 PM. Claimed to have tried serving me those papers earlier this week. I am was there both times. He never showed up. Typical lawyer.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good by any means. In my experience with 4 attorney's they just want your money. Robb: my first impression, he's lazy. His office was filthy as if it hadnt been clean in yrs with a huge hole in the wall. But I was desperate for an attorney, so I thought. Robb didnt complete 1 task. I was straight forward in what I wanted, bank records, recyclable records, and to prove waste. He did not finish 1 task in the 3months he worked for me. He manipulated me into skipping trial to mediation/ arbitr... read more
