Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Would you recommend this asthma - allergy specialist to others? Yes

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this asthma - allergy specialist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes
