Donati almost caused my Sister to die by refusing to give her a simple annual CBC. My sister was bleeding internally due to a Hiatal Hernia but Donati kept blaming it on 'Emphysema' even though my Sister told her that our family had a history of Hiatal Hernia. After my Sister finally got Donati to order a CBC it showed that Hematocrit was dangerously low and Riverside Hospital gave my Sister an immediate blood transfusion and put her in ICU for 3 days.

This is the best doctor I have ever seen in my 50 plus years of being alive. She is kind, knowledgeable, up on current meds and procedures, approachable, supportive, understanding, and FUNNY. Highly Highly Recommend.

Dr. Chatterjee is one of the worst doctors I have ever had through COPC. I had a telehealth appt. with her. I had been with the practice for over 10 years. My previous doctor retired so I needed to switch. This was my first appt. with her after switching docs. She was not prepared for the appt at all. My charts or the tests were not viewed ahead of time. She knew nothing about me at all, major facts about my medical history. She was not personable and did not like when I asked her about being prepared for my appt. I called t... read more

She was my pcp in Lancaster and abruptly left to go to Zanesville. We were told we would be accommodated at the facility. The next day came a letter that they were no longer taking patients and we needed to find new pcps.Since her move over an hour away, I've tried scheduling appointments that somehow get messed up.The first appointment was in office, but I was apparently given the wrong date. The second was a telehealth visit, which didn't happen because of some portal that I wasn't aware existed.I have had an appointment sch... read more

I have been seen Don for 6-7 years. He is an organized and courteous primary care physician who can keep you in good health with proper medications and regular checkups. He is open to alternative therapies but not things that are un-scientific. Always open to hearing any question, no matter the subject.

I have been seeing Dr Paes for a couple of years now and I feel very confident after every visit that he has listened to me and that I am a participant in my care. His staff is extremely professional and kind. Would recommend this office.

Dr Grandinetti is a great communicator. He is my primary care physician and always addresses my needs. He asks and answers all questions thoroughly and I never feel rushed. He is the quickest to refill prescriptions of any Doctor I have dealt with. I have been going to him for probably 25 years and never considered changing due to his excellent care and good rapport.

I have been dealing with a decrease of height and decreased bone density. I conveyed my symptoms to Dr. Chatterjee and she was able to explain my blood tests and lab results in a very clear way as well as set up a game plan on how we can tackle the issue.

Dr Sharkis has been my primary care physician since 2008 and was my mom's doctor until her death at age 96. His knowledge, professionalism, and ability to provide exceptional care for patients is a great blessing.
