If only I'd found Robert sooner! I arrived at Robert Hartley Hair with what can only be described as a slightly fried, tiger-striped hot mess situation, fully expecting to leave lighter in both hair and wallet. I couldn't have been more wrong. The service is good - but not clear pricing. I went twice and was charged very differently for the same service. I would not recommend, it does not feel a clear exchange of service-money.Â
