I would like to speak with someone about the rude attitude of the staff. Who would that be?
Horrible attitudes. The scheduling staff are rude and very disrespectful. A woman hung up on me after informing me my son was no longer covered by his insurance.I proceeded to ask about just paying out of pocket and she said"we dont accept medicaid." Click. Hung up on me. This is second time this has been done to me by this place. First time was a couple months ago. I went somewhere else but again this dr was on my son's insurance card so the hospital put them down as the follow up. I tried again with them. AGAIN ! WOW.
