I understand the agreement that if you miss so many appointments you are no longer able to be a patient. However my husband missed 2 appointments due to emergencies with our 4 children and the doctor sent a letter that he was “fired”. Completely unprofessional. He is not your employee. We pay insurance for you to do your job. To say a patient is “fired” is beyond disappointing and disgusting. Dr. Habicht listened, documented, explained, and then developed with my input a course of action suitable for my needs. His visit summaries on MyChart are accurate, detailed and timely. The patient instructions are clear and concise. During the nine months which I have been under his care he has helped me to lose 30 pounds that I've spent the last two decades trying to get rid of without success.
Dr Habicht is extremely thorough while being caring and compassionate. He instills confidence in my sense of well being and asks all the right questions.
