When I first walked into the store, there was a sales person named Kristin sitting down and I asked her politely if they had initials in the store which she responded no. Happy with the help I received from Steve and Marva. They were both very professional and helpful. Marva did a great job helping me select the proper ring and Steve was very easy to talk with as well. For those that don't know, don't pay full "sticker" price. Always ask for a discount -- they won't be offended. The jewelry industry has some of the highest markups of any retail category, and most stores expect customers to negotiate or at least ask.
