All the staff is amazing. I have been looking for a new dentist for about a year now & I am so thankful to have found this lovely office. Dr. Huang was very sociable and made me feel right at home. Diane handeled all my insurance & records information for me making it such a easy & pleasant experience. The ladies who took my x-rays were so nice & fast! Thank you all for the great experience!
I used to come here as a kid and remember how they grinded away at my front teeth for no reason and how Rhonda never properly polished my teeth. She would start and do a couple then pretend to do the rest by moving the polisher over the teeth quickly to act like she got them all. IF they have improved since then, good on them but this was my honest experience. I also remember that they kept trying to get me to remove my wisdom teeth when it wasn't necessary. I cant express how great Dr. Waldman is!! I have been a patient for a few years but this last experience made me realize this review is long over due. I recently had a TMJ episode that was painful and caused the alignment issues with my jaw & bite, resulting in some anxiety. Plus, due to the pandemic I currently have no dental insurance. I've been coming to Dr. Waldman's for over 10 years with top notch dental work every time, and the only reason I'm stopping is because I've moved to another state (though that hasn't stopped some other patients, I hear). The staff is all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
