While I truly like Dr. Phillips and believe that he is an outstanding, kind and caring physician, I certainly do not feel that way about his son, Michael who cancelled many of my telemedicine appointments and basically when I had these telemedicine appointments Michael continually placed my call on hold so he could answer incoming phone calls from other patients. Michael basically wasted most of my session time, leaving me on hold and then cut my session short before my time was even up. I never actually received a full 1 ho... read more
