This Dr. needs to retire. He's nice enough, but nice doesn't equal good medical care. My appointment with him was a waste of time and his office receptionist can't do her job right. I was him about 4 months ago. He pushed me out the door without any instruction on how to improve my sinus issues. My primary just ordered a CT and it shows I have a sinus disease and is sending me to a different ENT for follow up. Everytime I call, the operator says office is closed for the day but I’m calling during their business hours. Once connected they say they’re on lunch, and call gets disconnected. So when do they pick up the phone calls?
