My truck broke down late in the evening in the middle of nowhere with spotty cell reception. Tried to call a bunch of other places unsuccessfully. Robert kept in communication with me via text and even helped link me up with a tow truck. He ordered the parts first thing in the morning and tore right into it. Robert is nothing short of a life saver. Check engine light started flashing while we were pulling into Crater Lake NP. Did a quick search and found Robert’s shop, thankfully he was able to have us come over right away and our rental car made it there. Quick diagnostic check and honest feedback helped us plan our next steps. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help in the area! Thank you Robert!!
Battery light came on heading into crater lake national park. I googled auto mechanic and Robert’s shop was the closest one. I called him and not only was he able to squeeze me in same day but he located the car part and got me back on the road within 1 hour. He was very friendly and super honest. Extremely fair priced. If you ever need a repair go to Robert! Thank you Robert for saving our road trip!
