Robert is nothing short of a life saver. Check engine light started flashing while we were pulling into Crater Lake NP. Did a quick search and found Robert’s shop, thankfully he was able to have us come over right away and our rental car made it there. Quick diagnostic check and honest feedback helped us plan our next steps. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help in the area! Thank you Robert!!
Battery light came on heading into crater lake national park. I googled auto mechanic and Robert’s shop was the closest one. I called him and not only was he able to squeeze me in same day but he located the car part and got me back on the road within 1 hour. He was very friendly and super honest. Extremely fair priced. If you ever need a repair go to Robert! Thank you Robert for saving our road trip!
I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled in this case. He would get more than 5 stars if I could. My car died as I was driving on the highway on the way home in the late afternoon. I was 2+ hours from home after being away for 5 months. I got into contact Robert and he made a correct diagnosis based on my description over the phone. He sourced parts and repaired my car so I could get home. He fixed it that night so I wouldn't have to stay overnight. He rearranged his plans and finished around 9pm!!
