This plumber was provided to me by my home warranty company. He came out and fixed the leak in my basement which I appreciated. The down side to having him come out is the lack of communication and customer service. I requested a service report multiple times from this guy due to wanting to make a claim to my homeowners insurance for the damages to my carpet. As a result of no service report I cannot move forward in the process and I will not be able to pursue coverage for the damages.
I called about my 2 issues with my bathroom and they scheduled me for the following day. They fixed my sink shower. I'm very happy and would recommend this company!
This guy was appointed by our home warranty company. My wife called and scheduled a time with him, took off work and he no call, no showed. When she called him the next day he texted her back saying he would call her back shortly. Never did. I called him and he made an appointment with me (thankfully I had off anyway) and he did it again. No call, no show, no communication. Don't waste your time with this guy! Check the other reviews also. It must be a game he likes to play with people.
