Doctor Robert Furman listened deeply and attentively, proceeded with his treatment without fanfare but with confidence and gentle touch. His diagnosis was clear, forthright and empathetic. I felt a deep sense of caring engendering feelings of confidence and gratitude. Thank you Doctor!

Saw him for the first time recently and was very pleased, he has a great personality, took time to listen and go over options for my situation. Hopefully I won't have to go back, but if I do I won't hesitate, Trust in a DR. is everything.
I would never go here again. 45 minute wait. That is understandable with the patient load they were handling that day. They forgot to give me my authorization papers. Had zero concern for my symptoms and how that would effect my ability to work. Dr was sending me back to work while I had no balance and could not drive. I think he just didn't want extra work filling out my dr note. His MA Jennifer has zero communication skills when it comes to talking to patients. Please don't go here.

Doctor Furman is an outstanding ENT. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. If the person did experience the wait they claimed they experienced (in the prior review)? I'm guessing it was because Furman was behind schedule to take care of someone beyond their scheduled time (because he cares). He has provided amazing care to me and my family. Very unhappy . He kept me waiting 37 minutes past my appointment, didn't even bother to apologize. Spent a total of six minutes with me. First and last time I will see him , will wait for my regular doctor next time. Not very helpful and was rushed.
Dr. Furman is wonderful! He was able to treat my son who is an athlete for his sinus condition and allergy problems. Dr. Furman also helped my husband with his snoring and I really appreciate his expertise.
