Absolute no bedside manners. Rude, dismissive, and not caring. Cuts you off when trying to speak. Old fashioned way of thinking, and the most unfriendlinest doctor my family has come across
Refused treatment. 3 different staff member stories. The manager seemed like she cared. But when I said I will not be going back due to lack of treatment and staff inconsistencies she didn't even care. She couldn't of hung up on me any faster. Such a shame. We're clients not patients. It's all about money, not care.
