Dr. Robert Hackett was instrumental in my recovery of a life-threatening illness. He took immediate action after I was released from the hospital to follow up with other specialists at Kaiser. His actions contributed to my being alive today. Dr. Hackett has a great personality and I enjoy seeing him on each visit. Of course I would highly recommend him as a Primary Care doctor.
Dr Hacket is always concerned about my health. He takes the time to explain everything I need.
Dr. Hackett is the best! He listens, is empathetic and treats me as though I were his only patient. He's friendly and professional. I always feel as though he understands my needs and is concerned enough to fulfill them.
The doctor was very thorough. He pays attention to details. I like him.
Yearly physical. All of my concerns were addressed. Dr. Hackett is very caring and supportive. Staff is run ragged however very pleasant, caring, and compassionate.
