Dr. Hackett may look like an intern but he acts like a medical director. He listens well, avoids unnecessary discussion, looks up answers to questions about which he is unsure, and treats the patient with respect.
Dr. Robert Hackett was instrumental in my recovery of a life-threatening illness. He took immediate action after I was released from the hospital to follow up with other specialists at Kaiser. His actions contributed to my being alive today. Dr. Hackett has a great personality and I enjoy seeing him on each visit. Of course I would highly recommend him as a Primary Care doctor.
Dr Hacket is always concerned about my health. He takes the time to explain everything I need.
