This is the 2nd vehicle leased from Robert Green Chevrolet. My wife and I have leased at least 6 or 7 GM vehicles locally in the past 12 or so years, along with 2 Fords, a Volkswagen a purchased Mercedes Benz. Excellent customer service oil change
Here’s my experience with a 2023 Chevy Traverse: the transmission failed, and that’s when the real headache began. The dealership wouldn’t provide a loaner and made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking. The repair dragged on for almost a month. In the meantime, I paid out of pocket for a rental — over $3,000. They told me I’d get $44/day reimbursed, but once I submitted the claim, I was told it only counts if I had rented a GM vehicle.
