This experience was honestly very upsetting and disappointing. I reached out to this office regarding a dental malpractice matter after being referred by them, only to be denied twice. Despite that, I then received a voicemail from Robert asking me to call back. When I returned the call the today, I was treated very poorly. His assistant was dismissive, told me I “keep calling,” repeated that I was already denied, and then hung up on me.
