My wife is being treated for cancer at Dana Farber and yesterday was our first appointment with Robert, and went extremely well. Robert is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and he must have answered a hundred questions we had for him, and he was always so patient and we never felt rushed. Facing cancer is very frightening, but we feel we are in great hands with Robert!
He is invariably late for appointments by an hour or more
