My husband has never had a problem with Dr Townsend once in awhile they will call and say they have to change his appointment. And with everything going on right now with virus my husband can not wear a mask Dr. Townsend had his staff to make him a appointment for curbside service and he and his nurse came out to him now that is a doctor who cares Miller in Raeford NC

I've never had problems with Dr Townsend or his staff. He always takes time to listen and never rushes patients. I've been going there for 8 years and have no plans on stopping now.
I have been with Dr. Robert Townsend Jr going on 4yrs his the best I really appreciate the time he takes with everyone always answers questions If by chance he does not know (very seldom) he will get the answers are put you with the right people who will thumbs up. I have and will keep recommending his service
Waited almost 3 months to be accepted as a new patient. For over the past year it is impossible to get an appointment. They will schedule you a month or two out. Then most likely your appointment will be canceled a week or few days before you are to be seen. This has happen to all 3 of my family members on multiple occasions. Constant screw ups with scripts. The lady at check in does not listen at all. No one ever answers the phone and you have to wait 24-48 hours for even a call back.
