Dr. Furby greeted us in such a friendly professional manner, answer all our questions, treated us like we were family, couldn't ask for a better Audiologist as he really listened to what we were saying and was very helpful, he's the best of the best!!
Bad experience. He is impatient and disparaging. I tried not to take it personally because I noticed immediately how insecure he is. The pejorative way he answered questions was so uncomfortable and I have no idea why he is in a position dealing with patients. Come on Heart of the Rockies, are you really that hard up to have an audiologist on your staff?
Dr Furby was easy to work with in addressing my hearing problems and has been helpful and available when I've needed hearing aid tune ups
Do not take your children to see Robert Furby, we had the worst experience with my 5-year-old daughter. He has zero bedside manner, and was terrible with my child. Not only was she freaked out by his rough behavior, but as 34-year-old adult I was also scared of him. He asked strange questions like, "Has your daughter ever had COVID?" I responded, "Yes once, does that impact your hearing?" He responded, "Maybe." His questions didn't make any sense, he was extremely rude and dismissive, I couldn't have been more disappointed.
