Agent at the front desk I believe is Lizbeth or Joanna who hangs up constantly on people . She is very rude please fire her Dr. Robert Friedman . No one can retrieve their records even in person
I’ve been going to Dr. Friedman for more than 20 years and I can say that he’s the best there is. Kind, smart, caring, etc. He is knowledgeable and such a pleasure to visit (even when you’re having an issue with your eyes). Every procedure and visit is done with care and professionalism.
Friedman botched one of eyes , didn’t care to offer any support as to why I am almost blind in one eye. One of my eyes is now significantly much worse than before his surgery One eye worked out great His office didn’t send my file to be reviewed by new eye doctor until I had to get my lawyers involved.
Absolutely the best overall medical experience I ever had (and I have had quite a few) Highly recommend. He is out-of-pocket but so worth it.
First time visiting this office. I asked the front desk if I could see the doctor. And how much is gonna be for just seeing the doctor and asking , because something was bothering my eye. Girl on front desk says just see the doctor $550🤦♂️.
