I wish I could give Dr. Fox more stars than 5. I was diagnosed in a local suburban hospital. The neurologist there was abysmal and gave me very little hope. I then found Dr. Fox. I have been with him for 15+ years. He always listens to me. He is patient, takes his time, and really knows his stuff. His current PA Hillary is also a God send. I highly recommend Dr. Fox and would (and have) send friends and family to him.
He seems kind but then throws out condescending advice that has nothing to do with his specialty or why you’re there. I think Dr’s forget to look at you as an individual and not just a number. I understand we are in a pandemic and you may be over run with patients however we pay for your professional diagnosis on symptoms that you specialize in we don’t pay for your personal opinion from a ten minute discussion/survey. Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Took time explained everything and answered all my questions.
Was not impressed with Doctor Fox. He was pushy and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. He tried to blame all of my symptoms on lack of sleep and my mood. He can read about MS all day long, but he has no idea how it actually feels to have it. Listen to what your patients are actually saying and show some compassion!
