Robert is a niche investor-friendly realtor with hard-to-find know-how in methods of acquisition. He is resourceful, up to date, well-networked, and, most importantly, adept at navigating the complexities of the buying process while striking the right balance between advocacy and neutrality. Robert strikes me as a person of integrity and fairness for all parties involved.
In the real estate game to be a mover and shaker. That sounds really cool until the reality of his overextended finances and incessant game playing with mortgage lenders and sellers has real world consequences. Robert may be confident in his knowledge of assumable mortgages and the AZ market, but there's a term for that: the Dunning-Krueger Effect, where someone with limited competence in a particular domain overestimates their abilities. Robert is an excellent agent to work with. His level of experience and knowledge of the home buying process far exceeds other agents with the same amount of time being a real estate agent. Robert has top notch communication and took the time to answer every question we had in detail but still make it easily understandable.
