My review which was posted a week ago was taken down. Why? Because it was not positive. Dr. Murtaza billed my insurance for procedures which she did not do. I have reported her to Anthem HealthKeepers. Though the charges were not billed to me, nevertheless, I do not wish to contribute to rising health costs due to physicians receiving compensation for fraudulent charges.
