Most unprofessional and arrogant staff I have ever seen.. I came in with my own 3 diamonds to have them set in earrings and a necklace. After agreeing what I wanted, a receipt was drawn up with specifications and a price. I come in to pick up my items, and they are looking so cheap and crappy, not what I paid for and not what I wanted.
