He gave nutrition and wellness advice he pulled from AI and influencers and was not listening or engaged with me, at all. More concerningly, he did not seem to understand what life is like for people with lifelong weight issues and underestimated them--in fact, used some rather insulting language on occasion. I switched to RO for my GLP1s and have been much happier with them.
