I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. He is a great person with extensive knowledge in tax-related matters. While it may be difficult to get in touch with him, he does excellent work. We met with him in person, and it was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed his insights and conversation. I highly recommend him if you need assistance with your tax issues for an affordable cost.
Bob and Corey are knowledgeable, competent and funny. One time I showed up to ask a tax question and both of them searched for answers.
I was on the phone with Robert when my children started crying, kindly walked away from them so we can continue our conversation. I was told to call back when my children were sleeping because he was getting a headache. I was hung up on and attempted to call back with no answer. We will be going elsewhere. Very upsetting.
First time using Bob for taxes and what an overall great experience! Bob is very knowledgeable and just an all around great person. Mrs. Barbra at the front desk was also very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend Bob aka ‘little Bob’ for taxes. P.s. I can not wait for my Christmas card! 🙃
