I was on the phone with Robert when my children started crying, kindly walked away from them so we can continue our conversation. I was told to call back when my children were sleeping because he was getting a headache. I was hung up on and attempted to call back with no answer. We will be going elsewhere. Very upsetting.
First time using Bob for taxes and what an overall great experience! Bob is very knowledgeable and just an all around great person. Mrs. Barbra at the front desk was also very nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend Bob aka ‘little Bob’ for taxes. P.s. I can not wait for my Christmas card! 🙃
Bob has been our CPA for 18 years. He is very knowledgeable with taxes. I recommend him to everyone I know! When we see him once or twice a year, I feel as though I am meeting with an old friend. He is always pleasant and his humor is always welcome! We can all use a laugh when doing taxes!!
