DO NOT USE AVALA OR THIS DOCTOR. They will not help with any insurance issues. They will put it on the patient to handle themselves. My husband had blood work and cannot get his results because AVALA will not communicate his with his insurance. BEWARE. This is the option of patient care, it is HARMFUL.
Dr. Faucheux was amazing. Cared about my needs and listened to me and sincerely cared. His staff, however, is there for a paycheck. I haven't been to the doctor in a long time and was looking for a good doctor. Made an appointment and got me in, in less than a week. Then he wanted my to go for further test. I waited for a call but ended up calling them and the imagining center every other day. We really loved Dr Faucheaux. As parents of a newborn, it was important for us to find a pediatrician we were comfortable and confident with- and we have found him!

We absolutely love a Dr Faucheux. He is very kind and never pushy. I cannot reccomend him enough! We also LOVE nurse Lauretta and Dr. Perry. Grateful we have such great care on the Northshore.
