Dr. Faucette has taken care of our three sons since they were born. My boys are now almost 19, 16 & 14 so we've been with his office for quite a while. He's always treated them with care and respect. He helped us get through all the years of asthma, ear infections and anything else that came up through the years. His nursing and office staff is fantastic and very patient with the boys. I would highly recommend him and am thankful for all he's done for our family.
This doctor is great . He was mine as a child, and is now for my 3 children. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I trust his judgement.
He did not take my sons sinus infection seriously, I insisted he had one and Dr faucette was sceptical, he felt he was calming me by getting a cat scan which he was not an expert at reading and told me again that my son was fine. I insisted on an ENT and my son had surgery the following week. He also delayed for 2 months in telling me that my children, yes both, had abnormal thyroid readings. After I requested multiple times to get them tested, something he also did not believe me about.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service.
