Would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Spiera's staff is terrible to work with - very unfriendly and things fall through the cracks all of the time. Dr. Spiera promises call backs but you can end up waiting hours or not receiving the call at all. He is near impossible to reach outside of appointments and when you are able to connect it feels very rushed. Would not recommend.

An acute diagnostician, and a walking comprehensive medical index. He is one of the few people I've met in my life I can actually see "his mind working", and it churns at an accelerated speed. He is a highly respected and established medical researcher, with numerous publications. He is up to date on the cutting edge of difficult to diagnose autoimmune patients.
