While training as a college runner, I had the opportunity to observe and understand what roles doctors, physician assistants (PA's) and athletic trainers play as part of a sports medicine team. From then on, I knew I enjoyed and wanted to be a part of the medical team as a PA. I love helping athletes return to the field or court as soon as it is safe for them to do so.
