Horrible attorney! We steals your money and does not do his job .he depends payments and will ignore you for an update at this point it has been over 3 years and I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THIS TAKING CARE OF ! Or a refund . I will be going up to his office and also doing a small claims on him . Seeing that I have tried to call, email , send certificate letters , and nothing seems to reach him .
I engaged Robert as my attorney in a complex case because the people in the local legal community spoke so highly of him, and I was not disappointed. He gave solid advice in a very candid and straightforward manner. I don't want an attorney who sugarcoats the situation, I need clear advice, and Robert delivers. I have found him to be a tenacious defender of his clients' rights.
This man in one of the most unprofessional "Attorneys" I have ever come in contact with. If you want your attorney to be there on time and to try and help out, or treat you with respect. Or have decent responses. DO NOT GO to this perosn. Robert F. Maier. He had us sitting here over 4 hours last court date. Now we've been waiting in the court house since 8:30am.
