After 30 years plus as my PCP. I received a letter signed by him stating he was retiring his practice due to his own personal health care and personal reasons. Trying to thank them for years of service, I brought a $100 pastry tray, TY cards for the staff & Dr. Kelliher. I found out the letter of resignation was not true. he was not closing his practice at all. Others in his practice received different types of letters or NO letters at all.
