Very experienced lawyer who I have known for many many years but I don't trust him. He has helped me when I was a young lawyer but in the last few years ever since he was removed from his post as register of deeds by election because he wasn't doing his job, he was playing at the Elks. he has changed for the worst
Went to Robert to draft a deed for the home we share with other co-owners, when I went to grab the finalized deed it did not show the other co-owners! Also did not show percentage of each owner!! To make a long story short this caused a massive headache and all he stated was “sorry to hear that you are having issues” this was even when I asked to do it correctly and I was willing to pay again!! He kept blowing me off or his secretary would lie!! Never again he def lost my trust and business!!
