This doctor should really be avoided, unless maybe you just need a doctors note for work or school. Always been unprofessional and probably will not be going back again. He bursts into the room and screams "what are you here for" and listens for 2 seconds and goes on a whole tangent with OTC suggestions, such as a firm bed for back pain and a pepto bismol prescription for stomach flu.
I love Dr Evans office especially the woman at the front desk Sandy she is amazing so helpful and professional highly recommended
