Robert E does an amazing job and has for years! the new guy who owns it now doesnt do as well....he just came by and did my carpets last week and i can still smell the chemicals in the bedroom....i dont think he had the temperature hot enough and the chemical he used for mold was overbearing....i still cant sleep in my bedroom even though the windows have been opened and it has been being aired out for almost 2 weeks....too much chemicals not enough heat....other than that he did a good job labor wise....
