Have called for appointment in past and not given one. Yesterday came in for cut next in line another man came in sat down. Was told that man had appointment. Ok sure no problem. Another man walks in short after . Thinking I was finally up next........nope he had appointment also. Why couldn't I been told this when walked in. Next in line hour later I walk out no hair cut!!!!????
