Yeah the nurses were nice. Usually are everywhere you go and GOD BLESS THEM. But this is the second time i have had surgery (in 6 months mind you) and asked not to be given a certain medicine for pain BECAUSE it DOES NOT work and again I'm up all hours bc they wouldn't listen. I know that there are persons out there that are abusers of the system, well I'm not one of them, and yet i honestly think that hospitals/centers just say screw it to anyone between 18 and let's say 55 because they think they're just trying to get the ... read more

If I could give you guys an 11 it wouldn't be enough. Mark finished his last chemo today. He rang the bell. Everyone, Nurses, Doctors, Staff, and Volunteers are the greatest people! Your center should be an example of what a Cancer center should be. Cancer is an awful word but all of you made it easier to take. I know we could have had a different outcome. But everyone should know that due to the hard work of everyone at your facility did their best. They are Prize fighters and they are in your corner! God bless all of you

I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 5 months ago. He was given 6 months to live and he lived for a yr and I give the credit to Dr Melnick and her staff and to all the wonderful nurses and volunteers on the infusion side. Can't say enough for these kind people who were so loving and kind and so giving. Thank You all at Tunnell Cancer Center for making our yr as wonderful as it could be. And hats off to Mary who was the first person who greeted you as you entered. She knew all by their name and that made it more personal.

I have been taking my uncle to this center for 7 months. The staff treats you like you are a movie star/famous person. They are always so kind and helpful. They have volunteers walking around the infusion area asking the patients and caregivers if they need anything. If you in the morning you get breakfast, or lunch time. This is not just the patients this is for the caregivers also. We had a treatment yesterday afternoon my uncle was given ice cream and gold fish along with his coffee. Tunnell cancer center is the best. I w... read more
