Arboriculture came highly recommended to us too. Robert is a nice guy but a terrible businessman. You never know when he is going to show up. Actually there was a period of time when he didn’t but we didn’t pick up on it for several months. We have had one palm die but he kept fertilizing it and charging us. Now we have two trees dropping leaves like crazy and their leaves are covered with what looks like a fungus. We try to contact him but get no response. I’m sorry but I have had it with him. This company came highly recommended by another service provider that I work with. I had an appointment with them for 12:30, and they did not show up, answer any calls, or return any calls after messages were left. It is totally unacceptable for someone in an industry where so many people are trying to earn business to treat customers this way. I recommend that you not waste your time, hoping they actually show up to quote your job.
